Ranch Tofu Dressing
You don't have to miss ranch dressing with this delicious plant based recipe. Healthy and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 10-12 oz pkg firm tofu, drained, not pressed
1/2 cup cashews (optional)
1/4 cup water
1 T apple cider vinegar
1/2 of a lemon, juice only
2 tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
S&P to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well in blender until very smooth, my nutribullet took about 2 minutes. Refrigerate until ready for use. Add tsp's of water as needed, if too thick.
Keep refrigerated.
