I understand the importance of eating a healthy diet. My preferred healthy diet is approximately 95% whole food plant based. The remaining 5% varies a bit, but is mostly seafood. I ate a strict plant based diet for 7 years but began adding a few additions after that. Making plants my primary source of energy however was the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. I feel so much healthier. Do what makes you feel good. If you are not on a plant based diet, that's okay. Just add more of the healthy plant based recipes to your current diet until you find the right balance for your body.
