Don't let this simple squash intimidate you. It is so easy to make and such a great addition to any meal. Pierce a few holes in the squash and bake at 375 for one hour, I like to turn up the heat then to 425 for 15 more min until the outside is lightly browned. Let cool for about 15-20 min, then cut in half, remove seeds and "guts" from center. Then use a fork and release the squash from the skin, it should come off very easily. Now you can just top this deliciousness with your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce. So good, and simple. I served with some mashed potatoes and gravy. :)
