Cranberry Sauce
12 oz Fresh Cranberries
1/2 cup 100% Orange Juice or Apple Juice
1/2 cup water
1 cup Sugar in the Raw
1/8 tsp cinnamon, or just a pinch (optional)
Simmer over med high heat until berries are tender and falling apart, about 10-15 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, let cool for about 10 min, then put in food processor or blender and pulse a few times to remove any large chunks, small chunks are fine. If you prefer a real smooth cranberry sauce, blitz just a little longer. If you like a really chunky sauce, hand mash with a bean masher. Pour into serving bowls or jars. Serve hot or cold.
