I love the zestiness of a good Italian salad dressing. And I like the creaminess of a ranch dressing. This one combines the flavor of one, and the texture of the other. I think you will really enjoy it and it is super easy to make in your nutribullet or high speed blender.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup raw cashews
1 cup water
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tsp powdered Stevia
1 tsp dried Oregano
1 tsp dried Parsley
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast
Blend well, add more or less water to make it your preferred thickness, then drizzle over your favorite salad! Enjoy!!
This makes 8 generous size servings, approx 85 calories ea.
