This is so tasty drizzled over some steamed asparagus. Honestly it would be tasty drizzled over any other vegetable too. It is simple to make, and tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup raw cashews
Juice of one lemon or 3 Tablespoons
1/2 cup water plus T's as needed to get right consistency
2 T of nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in nutribullet or high speed blender and blitz until good and creamy. Add additional water, tablespoons at a time if needed to get the consistency you like. If it is not thick enough, just add a few more cashews. This makes 4 servings of about 3 Tablespoons each, approx 93 calories and 5 net carbs per serving.
